Incorrect tests executed

When running tests with 'docker' there are some weird errors happening.

  1. First 'test' section is executed twice, second is ignored: https://validation.linaro.org/scheduler/job/2219415
  2. Only second test is executed, first test is ignored: https://validation.linaro.org/scheduler/job/2219443
  3. Test is executed in docker (on the dispatcher) and after next deployment it's ran on the target: https://validation.linaro.org/scheduler/job/2219137 (search for lava-artifactorial-tests)
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
