Add ts in front of lava signals

To help debugging strange shell behavior, add timestamp in from of every LAVA SIGNAL sent by helpers. This is not needed when using kmsg (as timestamps are added by the kernel).

Migrated from https://projects.linaro.org/browse/LAVA-1270

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
